Some competitor sites state they do same day shipping but we know that isn’t true so why lie about it.
We would rather give you a realistic expectation of when your order will arrive rather than having you waiting for it day after day only to be disappointed.
Because of the large volume of orders we handle per day, most orders normally take between 2-3 BUSINESS days to to process your order. (Saturday, Sunday and recognized National Holidays are NOT business days) Meaning your order will not even leave our warehouse for at least three business days after we receive your order and another 2-7 POSTAL days in postal transit within the United States, longer for Canadian orders.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (US Mail / Post Office) from Phoenix Arizona.
This means you should receive your order 7-10 days after your order is processed (see above) depending where you live in relation to Arizona. Sometimes Canadian orders can experience delivery times between 14-21 days for your order to arrive. We have no control over the Post Office's shipping schedules or delivery times. 95% of our orders arrive within the target time frame as discribed above. IIf there has been a holiday in the previous week, or it is the holiday season-
