A: We provide you with multiple ways to use your credit card for payment.
Q: Do you ship to countries other than the USA?
A: We ship only to the US and Canada. We only
accept credit card payments from customers in the United States and Canada!

Q: What if I don't want to give my credit card information over the Internet?

Q: Can I mail in my order but pay by a credit card?
A: Sure, just click on our mail order instruction page and print out our mail-in order form and supply us with your credit card information We accept
Visa, Master Card, Discover / Novus & American Express credit cards through the mail.
Speaking of charging by credit card, a word of WARNING:
We take credit card fraud very seriously and will report any fraud attempts to
the authorities. For your protection and security, your IP address and the time
of day when you place an order with us is logged as well. As an extra precaution
we ask that you supply us with a non-mobile contact telephone number so we can
contact you to if needed. We would only contact you in the event we needed to
confirm your order or to obtain delivery details or to address other security
issues. We also require a CVV2 number from the back of your credit card which is an extra security measure to
stop people from using a credit card without authorization.
We value all our customers and make every reasonable attempt to make your
purchase with us secure and safe as we can. Any information you supply to us is
kept in the strictest of confidence and will not be divulged to any other
parties.
PLEASE NOTE: USING A PARENT'S CREDIT CARD IS A CRIME! WHEN YOU ARE CAUGHT WE
WILL PROSECUTE!
Parents, we have a very aggressive credit card fraud policy. If your child uses
your credit card to place an order with us, and supplies all of the required
information, we will assume – as any mail order company would – that he or she
is indeed the authorized cardholder and is of legal age to make a purchase.
Should you choose to contest the charges, we will have NO CHOICE - and MUST by
law, notify the appropriate authorities that a credit card fraud has been
committed. We urge you to please consider the implications for your child’s
future – credit card fraud is a FELONY, and will be prosecuted to the fullest
extent of the law.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Due to the large volume of orders we handle per day, it takes us three
business days (Saturday, Sunday, and recognized National Holidays are NOT
business days) to process your order. Meaning your order will not even leave our
warehouse for at least three business days after we receive your payment. Some
of our competitors state they do same day shipping but we have not found that to
be true.
All orders are shipped via the United States
Postal Service (US Mail / Post Office), and are fully insured. This means you
should receive your order 7-10 days after your order is processed (see above).
We have no control over the Post Office's shipping schedules. However we do use
delivery confirmation on all our packages. ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED DISCREETLY.
Herbal-Smoke.Com does NOT appear anywhere on the package. ONLY YOU KNOW WHAT IS
INSIDE THE PACKAGE.
Q: Can I get my order sent Express Mail or Priority Mail?
A: Yes, we now offer U.S. Priority Mail options at additional cost. At check
out you will be asked if you want standard first class shipping or you will be
given the option to Priority shipping at an additional cost. Express Shipping is
no longer offered by us except through our mail order department. Priority Mail
orders are processed immediately upon payment approval.
Q: If I pay by credit card can I have my order shipped to a different address other than my billing address?
A: If a Buyer provides a billing address that does not match the billing
address on the bank records, your order will NOT be honored. We only ship to the
credit card holders billing address. Also, orders CANNOT be placed by third
parties; if the name on the Credit card does NOT match the name of the person
placing the order, the order will be voided.
Q: Will the package have Herbal-Smoke.com on it?
A: Absolutely NOT! Our packaging is very discreet. We ship in a manila
bubble mailer or U.S. Priority Mailer or U.S. Priority Box. Your unmarked
package will simply come to you from:

Q: One last question about shipping. Do you ship C.O.D.?
A: Sorry... We do not ship C.O.D.
Q: There is an herbal website out there saying they are
the “Original” sellers of herbal smoke and claims everyone else is a copycat.
Are you a one of these so called "copy cat sites"?
A: It is sad when companies use tactics like this. It's unprofessional and reflects
poorly on the entire industry. It's like politicians who use “smear” campaigns
to make their opponents look unscrupulous.
The term ‘copycat’ is often used by business who are afraid of competition.
Would you consider “Pepsi” a copycat of “Coca-Cola”? Or Wendy’s; Burger King;
and Taco Bell copycats of the original fast food franchise – McDonald’ Of course
not.
Many of the world’s largest companies came about not from copying other goods
and services – but by improving and offering new and exciting choices for
consumers. In our case, we hired the one of the world’s leading herbalists to

A: Well, I don’t know what magazine my competitor is referring to – but
if that’s true, and it was me - I’d sure as hell tell everybody. I’d have
reprints of the article available for download; links to the magazine; and I’d
include a copy with every order. There’s no advertising anyone can buy – in any
business – that would have more impact than being rated “number one” in a
reader’s poll seven years running.
But still - as a consumer – I think I’d want to see a reprint of the actual
article, from the actual magazine. I might also ask myself why this wasn’t a
part of this vendor’s site a year ago – after all, six years at the top would be
very impressive. So would five. Or even four… I don’t now about you, but it kind
of makes me wonder…
Of course, at Herbal-Smoke.com, we never make any claims we can’t back up. Our
customers are our greatest critics – so check out our Customer Feedback page and
judge for yourself.
Q: There is a company on
the Internet claiming they “INVENTED” the term herbal smoke, is this true?
A: There is a website that sells herbal smoking products claiming to be “The Original”
and seems to be making the claim they “invented”
the term herbal smoke. The term herbal smoke has been used by various companies
selling herbal smoking products over the years – it's become a generic term,
like “Kleenex” is for tissue. What else could anyone possibly call them? They
are what they are.
You can do your own research as to who is being truthful and who is just trying to undermine their competition
with false or misleading accusations and statements by visiting www.WaybackMachine.org. Go there and type in your favorite website URL and see what their site looked
like, what products they used to sell, what names they used or didn’t use. The
WayBackMachine, is the largest internet archive website online and is very
revealing.
Q: I have been ripped off before buying on the Internet
especially by another herbal website. How do I know you won't rip me off?
A: Well, the short answer is that we’ve been in business since July 1998. Obviously, we wouldn’t
still be in business if we simply took our customers’ moneyand didn’t deliver the goods. Of course, anyone could say
that, and some companies do. But there are many resources available on the Internet to you where you can check if a company is
legit or not and how their service is.
Q: I have seen several companies copying, even using similar
product names to yours, do you know about this?
A: Again check out www.WayBackMachine.org and it will become immediately apparent who is actually is copying who.
Q: What about some websites making claims they are the
biggest or most well known?
A: We are extremely fortunate that the majority of our
business comes from repeat customers. There are several websites that make
similar statements about how many repeat customers they acquire each month.
These are the same herbal sites that promote themselves everywhere and have
hundreds of websites with different names and URL's - all selling the same
product line or pointing back to the same “ORIGINAL” website.
Here at Herbal-Smoke.com, we do very
little advertising because our products speak for themselves. Other herbal
websites spend thousands of dollars a month on advertising and seem to be
everywhere you look. They are in every 420 related magazine and website you see.
That is just one reason our prices are more competitive. We don't need to
constantly spend thousands upon thousands of dollars searching for new
customers.
Granted we are obsessed with quality and quality speaks for itself. Plus we only sell herbs,
herbal smoke, herbal smoking blends and legal herbal buds. We aren't a head shop. We specialize in what we
sell because we know that your business and loyalty are what really matters. We
know that we must provide the best products; at the best possible price, to earn
your trust. And we also know that your satisfaction and support are essential to
our business - without you, there is no "us". Word-of-mouth advertising is said
to be the "best" kind of advertising a company can have and believe me we have
it. We know if you enjoy what we offer, we know you will tell your friends and

Q: I saw an Herbal website calling their competitors
products “crap in a bag” or garbage, are they taking about your products or your
company?
A: Yes, there was a website that posted a statement on their
FAQ page calling their competitions products "crap in a bag" but it has since
been removed. The fact is there are only so many herbs that can be smoked in the
world. Most of smoking herbs sold today were discovered thousands of years ago
and have a long standing and very solid reputation as to their effects and
quality. It is doubtful any herbal smoke website is selling anything much
different than the next herbal site. One company’s herbs may be fresher than the
next or a higher more expensive grade and quality than another company, but
herbs are herbs there is nothing new or unknown out there.
The exception is with herbal smoking blends, they are for the most part unique
and blended specifically for a certain herbal seller and may very well be better
than someone else’s blends. The blends we sell for example are simply the “Best

As for the questions were we the company they were talking about, we don't know

Q: Is this stuff legal?
A: Yes. These products DO NOT contain any illegal substances.

Q: Are your products legal in my country?
A: We have been shipping our products worldwide for years. We
ship to any country with an open border and other than some time delays in
shipments due to customs, we have never encountered a problem with our customers

A: Other than the typical issues with smoking, there are none
